Set in a quiet residential area, yet just a ten minute stroll from the bustle of Cowes High Street where there is a plentiful choice of restaurants, pubs, boutiques, shops, marinas, sailing clubs and the Red Jet passenger ferry to the mainland.

The many island attractions are easily accessible from this base, either by car or local public transport. Bus routes into the main town of Newport are close by, and a supermarket is conveniently situated a couple of minutes walk away.
