A double sofa bed in the lounge and a single futon in the dining room may be used by prior arragement. No linen is provided for this extra sleeping accommodation.

Outside:

To the front, the property benefits from much sought-after free off-road parking for one vehicle and free on-road parking for a second vehicle.

The large rear garden is fully enclosed and south facing, with a patio area ideal for dining out and barbecues. At the far end of the garden, an outbuilding provides secure storage for bicycles, or for use as a wet room.
