Use of the double sofa bed in the lounge and the single futon in the dining room for extra guests is by prior arrangement only. Bed linen is not provided for these additional spaces.

Disabled access to the ground floor is difficult due to the narrow access down the side of the house and the narrow front and back doors. No disabled access is possible to the upper floor. Please see the information in the 'Access Statement' tab
